How much does this cost?
The initial onsite audit is completely free — no obligation, no catch. If you'd like us to implement the protection plan after the visit, we'll quote you a flat rate based on the number of devices and scope of work. You'll always know the cost before any work starts.
What actually happens during the free audit?
We come to your home for about 45 minutes. We go through every device — phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, smart TVs — and check what's actually configured versus what you think is configured. We document every gap we find and walk you through a protection plan specific to your household. You leave knowing exactly what needs to happen next.
Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?
Just fill out the short intake form so we arrive prepared. It helps to have Apple ID or Google account passwords accessible for family devices, but we can work around it if you don't. Nothing to install, nothing to download — we bring everything we need.

That means network installation, full device configuration, and setting up all the policies and protections outlined in the plan. It's real work, and the time varies based on the number of devices and what needs to be built out. We'll give you a clear scope before any of it starts. Either way, no pressure and no obligation after the initial visit.
